ADISADEL COLLEGE 1995 YEAR GROUP LEGACY PROJECT HANDING OVER (STEM HOUSE BLOCK)

Upon entering Adisadel College, a person is presented with exceptional abilities that will benefit them throughout their life. Having gone through this institution and once permitting the school to go through them, the Old Santanclausians are now appreciative of the virtues the school instilled in them and the outstanding men they have grown into. Despite their diligence, the Old Santaclausians are always eager to assist the college, its students, and themselves so that they can enjoy their time here and grow up to be outstanding individuals who will take their place in the near future. As a result, people have shown their affection for the institution in a number of ways.

And once more, the SANTA 95 Year Group has constructed a building that will support the college’s STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) curriculum.

Why STEM?

The global economy is changing. Current jobs are disappearing due to automation and new jobs are emerging every day as a result of technological advances.

The continual advances in technology are changing the way students learn, connect and interact every day. Skills developed by students through STEM provide them with the foundation to succeed at school and beyond.

Employer demand for STEM qualifications and skills is high, and will continue to increase in the future. Currently, 75 per cent of jobs in the fastest growing industries require workers with STEM skills. To be competitive, the Australian workforce needs people who can adapt to a changing workplace.

STEM empowers individuals with the skills to succeed and adapt to this changing world.
